When principal architect and founder, Manish S. Savani, AIA, RA created M.S. Savani Architects, PC (mssa) fifteen years ago, he established an architectural firm with a creative, problem-solving team dedicated to the principles of collaborative insight, design excellence and project success.
The successful completion of over five hundred projects is a testimony to mssa’s proven methodology. Under Manish Savani’s experienced leadership, a multiplicity of complex projects in residential, hospitality and mixed-use have been designed and well-managed with impressive results. Projects are routinely delivered on time and on budget. mssa’s capabilities include producing multiple projects simultaneously as well as fast-tracking projects while maintaining mssa’s high quality standard. Projects with a complex constellation of stakeholders and agencies are also second nature to mssa.
Comprised of a multinational team of architects and designers, mssa applies their unique talents, approach and skill-sets to a myriad of design solutions – both exterior and interior. Although most projects are typically 1,500 to 200,000 square-feet in scope, mssa’s team-scalability provides the flexibility to handle larger scale projects as required.
