The terracotta volume continues above the roof to cradle a planted terrace, giving guests sweeping river-view sunsets while shielding mechanical equipment from the street. Slim LED reveals trace each floor plate after dark, turning the tower into a warm beacon for evening commuters on 49th Street. At the sidewalk, a wood-latticed canopy and pocket garden ease the urban edge, leading visitors into a bright, double-height lobby lounge.
